Ive had issues with windows updates in the past but they havent really affected much however recently i decided to factory reset my PC as, yes the updates didnt want to work, but also its just been quite slow recently. I have factory reset my PC before with no issues so i knew the basic procedure, however this time after completing the whole process, when my PC restarted and got to the point where it would be asking me basic setup questions it went to the "Why did my PC restart?" screen. Ive been at it for hours trying to fix it but had no luck, ive tried booting in safe mode(received an error
