Can't logging to my windows account

I had my pc inactive for a while because it was damaged. Just got it back and once I logging it says "Can't logging to your account" and forces me into a local account that doesnt let me make changes to my own computer. I have tried reseting the pc. Reseting the microsoft account password. Please help.
