How do I fix my display running off my monitor screen?

I did a Windows update and my display is now running off my monitor screen.I check the System Settings, Display Settings.The scaling is set to 100% (Recommended)The resolution is at 1366 x 768I tried changing that but nothing looked remotely right.I think it totally messed up my AMD Radeon Software. I have a Radeon Rx 590. The Device Manager says it is working fine, but it isn't. The Software doesn't even come up.
