Windows Store Downloads are stuck preventing me from downloading more app and widgets on game bar

I am attempting to install Crosshair X Widget on xbox game bar but the download never finishes.Upon checking my Windows Store, it looks like there are 2 ghost updates / downloads pending. I have waiting forever for these updates to clear but they won't complete. All they do is spin and stay in a "Pending" state: I have attempted to uninstall the Windows Store to see if this would clear up the queue but I get this error in my Powershell console: Any assistance here would be appreciated. I really don't want to reset windows if possible.
