Camera drivers not loading for one profile

Good morning,I have one user whos camera (Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920) doesn't work (System unable to load drivers), device has been in use for months without issues. I completely removed and uninstalled the device and drivers. After I reinstalled the device it works fine with my users (two accounts, regular user without privileges and -admin) but not for such user profile. It keeps saying that the system is unable to upload the drivers.I have use two different set of drivers too, loaded by default on Windows 10 and latest drivers version from fabricant. Same result for both
