All Ran As ADMINISTRATOR; I use MS antivirus only, I have 2TBS min on HDdrive FREE SPACE.Safemode gives same resultsChkdsk /f finds nothingSfc /scannow uselessAll services.msc for update is runningBITS/Windows Update... let me know what to chk but im sure its running.
