I have 16 GB of ram installed, only 7.93 GB usable and Windows can't update to the latest version

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz 16,0 GB (7,93 GB usable) Windows 10 Home 22H2 So my RAM is locked at 7.93 GB and Windows 10 version 22H2 can't update with an error code 0x8007000d. I shared the issue with some friends and I have tried software fixes including:A CBS scan ( windows couldn't repair some of the problems )Re-Installing drivers Thanks for your time in advance
