I have a Desktop Inspiron 3268 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor running Windows 10 Home Version Edition, 22H2, OS Build 19045.3086, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0I recently updated Windows 10 with the newest feature update and KB5027538 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 and KB4023057: Update Health Tools—Windows Update Service components. My battery only charged up to 91% after running the Troubleshooter. I found a "fix" online that said to uninstall the Microsoft
