Hi guys,So I have some problems with my PC. There was a point in time where my PC couldn't shut down properly and each time i pressed shut down from windows, it keeps rebooting. My fix to that was to fiddle with something from the registry where I had to uncheck something. It didn't break my computer or anything, but now I see it comes with some additional problems.The first problem is the slow startup. I run a windows 10 PC. Usually after startup, my screen shows first before the apps are loaded. Now it seems it's loading the apps first before the screen is loaded, which means I'd be waiting
