Undo changes after downloading application from steam after accepting ( do you want this application to make changes to your device?)

I have installed a game from steam then it asked, do you want this application to make changes to your device? Then my performance in all other applications became terrible, how can I undo these changes.Things I’ve done, reset bios to default and uninstalled the game that caused the issue
