Feature Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 Fails to Download. Error Code: (0x8000ffff)

For the past month I've been able to download and install the latest windows feature update for version 22H2. Each time, it provides me with the error code, (0x8000ffff). I've already tried restarting the windows update service. I've tried using the windows update troubleshooter, which also isn't working and is providing me with the same error code as the windows update. I've even tried running an sfc scan to no avail.
