Disk usage started to reach 100% suddenly on windows 10

Got a 2015 laptop which I haven't used for about 2 months, encountered a problem that when running any application or even just opening a widows search the disk usage reaches 100% in task manager and there are severe freezes. The laptop itself is not fast, but before it had no memory problems and was able to run non-demanding games. Also, I've noticed that the drive is max loaded to 50% in safe mode, so no lags have been noticed.Spec.4 GB RAM intel core i5-5200uintel HD graphics
