Windows Update caused "No Bootable Device Found" Error

I told my computer (a Dell Vostro 7501 with Windows 10 pro) to update and shut down, but it ended up with a Dell SupportAssist screen saying "No Bootable Device Found." The Dell pre-boot diagnostic runs, and gives a "successfully completed" result on disk 1 (which I assume is my C: hard drive). However, the BIOS screen does not show any UEFI boot option, and any commands entered to try to see/fix the disk in command prompt mode simply fail. None of windows repair tools work; none of Dell's SupportAssist tools are available. Windows does not load, so I am working off an installation media I
