Abnormal activity on my laptop

I am using windows 10 and today i see some unusual activity on my laptop. My mouse cursor automatically moving and when i hover on some app they start working like i placed my cursor on chrome and it automatically open. This problem is solved by restarting my laptop. Can someone explain me why this is happen.
