I have tried dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and sfc /scannow but sfc /scannow said Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service., I tried downloading and installing the installation media, the update assistant, as well as windows update from the settings but they all fail after step 3 of 3. I also ran the update troubleshooter but it did not find any issue to resolve.
