When I'm converting from Word or ppt to PDF the converted file has missing content : smartart and in a ppt. file the text. In other parts of the same PDF Smartart content appears fine. In image only the heading is appearing - there should be a smartart process flow. I had to recreate the content in table format, it pdf'd fine.This is a recent problem - June 2023. Never had the problem before. I'm a 365 subscription user. I've tried updating Edge, resetting Edge, clearing cache. No change.I tested the same docs with Docuhub and the PDF converts fine.
