Accessing files in synced folders takes forever (OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox)

Hi all,I´m using Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise - 10.0.19045 Build 19045 on a Latitude 5420 Laptop. I have installed 3 services for syncing files: OneDrive, iCloud an Dropbox.For some weeks now, accessing files in those synced folders via Explorer or Total Commander takes forever (30s - some minutes):I can open a synced folder without problemsIf double-click a file, for OneDrive it takes 1 min to open for Dropbox it takes 30 s to openfor iCloud it takes > 2 minIf I right-click a file, for OneDrive it takes 3 min to open the context menufor Dropbox it takes 30 s to open the context menuIf I
