I have only had my Windows 10 64-Bit a few months. Lately I have done no manual updating. Just today I noticed I cannot use the Start menu without the screen turning white and going into a busy state. It does not crash, but it usually ends with my hitting Control+Alt+Delete. Clicking on anything from the icons below that show Search trends, the Search field itself and the Start menu will bring on this white screen. In fact, just letting the cursor rest in that area causes this busy state. Could an update that installed automatically have done this? Is there an alternative way to bring u
