Ethernet just randomly stopped working idk how to fix it

I have recently ran into a problem with my pc my Ethernet connection was working great now it won’t even pull up the connection. I have checked on other devices and it works. I have updated the device to the highest it can go which is windows 10 pro I have disabled and enabled the Ethernet in device manager, I have uninstalled it then restart the computer then restart the network, I have also done things in the command promt. I am at a complete loss. How do I fix this?
