Windows update problem for 2 weeks what to do ?

The latest windows update, cumulative update for windows 10 version 22h2 x64 is stuck for 2 weeks at 20% and i have tried everything what should I do?Because of this whenever I restart the computer or shut it down it always get stuck at "windows getting ready " please Help , thank you
