My laptop Asus ROG Strix GL503GE losing Driver Intel(R) wireless AC 9560 160Hz and Driver Intel(R) wireless Bluetooth(R) when it is physically moved.

my asus rog strix gl503ge There is a driver problem. When I turn off the laptop and move from classroom to another room, the Driver Intel(R) wireless AC 9560 160Hz and Driver Intel(R) wireless Bluetooth(R) disappears.I tried to update it to the latest version but to no avail, I also tried to boot new Windows but still missing driver When i moved.Sometimes it has a Driver Intel(R) wireless AC 9560 160Hz by self but driver bluetooth is not working.screenshot here: CtrlV.link | Fastest ScreenShot and PrintScreen online think maybe the hardware is broken.
