Windows reactivation after hardware change

Hi, after changing my motherboard and CPU windows isn't recognizing my pc as activated, I have the product key from the previous motherboard but it is saying "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, Select Troubleshoot below. (0x803fa067)
