Can I have zoom or scaling like 1080p on a 1366*768p display?

So I have a laptop that has a 1080p display, and am using it on 100% scaling rather than the default 125%, and I like the scaling on my laptop that way, this gives me to room to fit wayy more on the display, I would love to have the same scaling on my desktop, because that is a superior performing one and my main computer... this feels crammed and I don't have any plans to upgrade the display... Please suggest me a method to achieve this :)
