Help! I cant download again an app from the store :(

Hello community. I downloaded an app from the store to use my printer but the technician who helped me told me to uninstall it and install it again. I did it but now the message "you own this app" shows every time. What can i do? I need that app to make my printer work properly. Help please. Btw I i have windows 10 on my computer.
