Windows Audio Endpoint Builder eating 20% of my CPU and causing massive stuttering with no way to fix it whatsoever

My computer is becoming virtually unusable because Windows has randomly decided that a microphone that doesn't exist (listed as a generic High Definition Audio Device) must be constantly installed and uninstalled, over and over again, ad infinitum, with no input from me whatsoever and no such device existing in reality (my only Microphone is a Jounivo JV601, which functions properly and exists in reality). These phantom devices apparently exist in my rear and front 3.5mm audio jacks, in spite of my rear jack not having anything plugged into it at all and my front jack being disconnected from m
