When I uninstall KB3200970 in a Windows Server 2016 Datacenter the server does not response before reboot

Hello:We had problems in our environment with the last updates of June. We uninstalled KB5026363 correctly and before we rebooted the servers. Later, we saw another KB with installation date in June and we decided to uninstall KB3200970 but when we reboot the servers before this uninstallation the servers does not finish the starting of Windows.How can we resolve this problem or cancel the uninstallation of KB 3200970 without rebooting?Thanks for all in advance.
