How to transfer my windows accounts to a new laptop

I heard that Windows 10 will end its support at October 14 2025. I would've upgraded to windows 11, but my processor is incompatible. I'm going to try to purchase a new laptop but my data will stay on my old laptop. I wanted a way of bringing all of my data to the new laptop. But I do not know how to transfer my data to the new laptop. Is there any way to do this?
