Hi,I have an issue when I log-in (after update kb 5027215).Error: The screen remains black except for the mouse cursor and the start menu popping up when I press windows start. There is no task-bar. Alt-tabbing does however bring up minimized views of the active windows, and all sub processes seem to be running. Also, AltCtrDev brings up the blue switching screen where you can launch task-manager. From there I can (blindly) start a command line window and launch commands, but I never see any of it, the screen remains black.After lots of digging, I found that my Visual Studio Professional JIT i
