Clicking windows security redirecting to microsoft store and the whole page is black except two texts security at a glance and a clickable text window

hey, I am having a problem with my windows security I can't access it and the whole page is blank with just a text saying (security at a glance) and a clickable text (windows security) which redirects to microsoft store when clicking. I have tried using malware bytes program but it only finds and deletes the Potentially Unwanted Modifications and not the Potentially Unwanted Programs which made PUM in the first place. At this point I am not sure what to do so any kind of help will be hugely appreciated
