I've been having Mail app notification issues not arriving instantly in the last couple of days. It feels like the Mail app is connecting/disconnecting sporadically, rendering the syncing process unstable (it shows me notifications on and off overtime, sometimes I get notifications hours late!). That caused me to miss so many important personal and business emails that I need to know about the second they arrive.Today, I finally had the time to investigate this issue and do some tests, and I found out about a couple of things that may be related to the issue:- If Mail app is open, I see HxOutl
