I've tried the official guides on how to curb the boot problem that you see black screen and only the mouse pointer that maps and loads ... When I get to do bootrec /fixboot it tells me access engaged, so I started looking for how to solve this problem, I tried all the guides but it does not unlock (I have a uncommon computer, because I have 4 tb of space divided into several disks where on these disks I have luckily other windows installations (so when I tried a guide to solve "fixboot" tells me that it could not understand where to apply the changes) ...
