My PC crashed. It now has a new hard drive. I reloaded Microsoft Office but there are two things missing - that I know of so far: 1. All the information in my Outlook has gone and I need to retrieve it. 2. My D; drive has disappeared from my PC completely. I went into Control Manager etc and it's not there either. I have a lopt of information in D: Drive. Please help me find them again. Could it be that I made my user name Pam Heays instead of Pamela Heays? All my Excel files are there though so I don't really know why Outlook and D: Drive hasn't been reinstated. Please let me know asap. Th
