Hello. Recently, I updated several programs and changed the password with which I enter Windows 10. But when the computer is turned on, the password box does not appear and the screen becomes blurry. When I go to troubleshoot the blue screen and try to restore the computer, it says that the password is incorrect and does not allow the recovery steps. Shows my name, surname and email. Is there an option to reset my password via email? I have entered all known passwords but nothing happens. The windows is stuck on blurry screen without password little box!
