Hello Everyone!I have a problem, I have forgotten the pin to the administrative account on my laptop and I have also forgotten the password to the account that would help me to recover that said account on my laptop. So for example if I wanted to update an app on my laptop or "Make changes to the computer" and then you would have to have permission to do that I can't get into that part. I tried my Face ID but there is a red thing blocking it from the inside, which I am guessing is a safety measure.
