Laptop registered under hotmail account instead of business account. How do I fix this?

My husband registered his new laptop with his hotmail account instead of with his business domain email address. It is a family business laptop and I have no idea how to change this (despite reading numerous Microsoft help files and having no luck) How can I change this? I am very grateful for any assistance.
