Remote desktop connection suddenly does not work from my laptop to other wifi devices, all on same wifi network.

Windows 10 laptop that used to connect to my desktop and mini-PC via RDP (all on the same wifi network in the house), will no longer find either device.They are in the same house on the same wifi network, same SSID.I cannot connect the laptop to the desktop or mini-PC, and neither of those can connect to the laptop. The mini-PC and desktop can RDP to each other fine.
