headset microphone not detected by windows

I recently bought a new pair of headsets from "Nubwo". I tried going to System—Sound—Input, and it displays this I am running Windows 10 and my computer has separate audio and microphone jacks. I am using a connector, and the audio works fine, but I can't get the microphone to be detected.I have also tried Privacy—Microphone and made sure that microphone access was on. I don't know what else to try and suspect the problem may be hardware.
