My game is stuck on installing

Hi. I'm trying to download Asphalt 9 on Microsoft Store but it's stuck on loading and the loading bar won't move at all. I don't think there is a problem with my internet or my pc because everything else is working fine and I used to play this game on this same PC before I reset it.
