I don't know how this is happening but I have a newly acquired Dell Optiplex 9020 with a new install of Windows 10 and I cannot get the Stereo Mix in Windows 10 to get the input from the audio stream (Youtube for example) instead of the microphone. The microphone inputs on both the webcam and the mic input to the sound on MB are both disabled.But when I am recording streaming audio with a application. it only records if the Sound - Playback - Speakers / Headphones are enabled.
