I recently started having troubles with audio through anything Bluetooth or wired. With Bluetooth the sound quality is like a microwave with how low quality it is. When using wired headphones, voice sound disappears. For my Bluetooth headphones it has 2 different sound profiles, one being hands-free audio and the other being stereo. The stereo profile is always disabled for some reason and the hands-free audio profile doesn't have any other compatible drivers. I didn't have any of these problems until I restarted my computer from the sound being iffy and sometimes lowering in quality.
