My friend gave me his old laptop and I restarted my computer fully clean, and I am in the start up repair loop. I am not able to use Startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, and uninstall updates due to the fact that my friend doesn’t know his password. When I try resetting the PC in the trouble shoot option, it loads and it starts downloading, but half way through it always brings me back to the blue screen of death saying Video Management internal.
