I have an HP MFP m477fdn laser printer - rest of system specs are below. And before offering tips to reinstall drivers, firmware, etc., I have been working with HP support - and we have done all that several times over, without positive outcome. They are puzzled and suggested checking with Microsoft to see if anyone has seen a problem like this.When printing from Office365 apps, or Notepad, there are toner spots all over the page.
