When opening a YouTube video via a link or on the site, sometimes when the video is preloading it will stop preloading and an infinite buffer will start and it disconnects my entire system from my internet for 10 or so seconds. It seems to happen sometimes but not all the time. I have 800mbps down and 20 up internet and I'm hardwired to my router from my PC. I've factory reset my router settings and Windows internet settings. I've played around with different DNS settings on my router to no avail. I even switched browsers from Opera GX to Chrome to see if that was the issue and it still persis
