I need to install a fresh install of Windows ARM from a bootable USB on a Samsung Galaxy Book Go. Is there anyway I can find this ISO or installation

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book Go NP340XLA that will not boot to Windows. It books to the menu to either reset to factory setting or troubleshoot. I have tried both. I have contacted Samsung support and they told me to contact Microsoft. What I need is Windows ARM installation media as it will not boot from a regular Windows 10 install bootable USB. Is there anywhere I can find a Windows ARM ISO or install media? Thanks.
