D Drive filling up very quickly in Windows 10.

Hi there, Please how can I stop my D Drive from filling up very quickly in Windows 10. I only have 45GB of Space left out of a total of 455GB. In this PC I only have about 20GB of Data (A few Documents, a few Photos/Pictures, a few Songs and a few Videos). Can someone give a helping hand here. Thank you very much in advance
