error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 when trying to instal windows 10 Media Creation Tool

I have an issue when I install window 10 - 64 bit and run the Media Creation tool but i keep getting the error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 even i tuf the antivirus try to activate the window but it have a 0x80072f8f error, i had turned off the antivirus and i have genuine key and still i m getting the same error.upgrading from windows 7 to windows 10Thanks
