Hi there I have recently come across an issue whereby users are unable to open applications such as Nitro Pro and Office apps. We have found that this issue is due to printers not populating within Printers & Scanners. When the user(s) first login, no devices are listed within Printers & Scanner (see screenshot). Applications such as Nitro and Word have difficulties opening and hang due to no printers being available. I am also unable to access Devices and Printers via Control Panel as this also freezes.
