Windows 10 failed to install update

I'm currently working on windows 10 [Version 10.0.10240] that I have been trying to update severally but the installation process keeps failing right after selecting language during the restart process. I have tried troubleshooting but it's not helping. Even after trying to update it manually using Windows 10 update assistant, the problem still persists. I need assistance to overcome this issue.Thank you in advance
