Windows 10 22H2 repeatedly updates despite the device already running 22H2

Windows update keeps prompting to update to Windows 10 22H2, but after using winver to see the version, Windows is already running 22H2. Checking both the update history and about computer page in settings gives the same result of the 22H2 already installed. Running troubleshooter did not resolve the issue.This is not the only update error with the device. The Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028937) also repeatedly fails to update, and cannot install. Error: 0x80073712Computer: HP Notebook - 15-bs058caProcessor: Intel Core i5-7200
