Block and Hide WIFI Network

I am trying to block and hide specific SSIDs from my users. I am using "netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid=”SSID Name” networktype=infrastructure". This does make it so the user can't connect but it still shows up at the bottom of the Available Networks list with an X on the icon.How do I make it so it doesn't show up at all?ThanksEric
